Writing plausible-looking legal text without counsel would be the same failure this product exists to prevent: something confident, formatted like the real thing, and wrong in ways nobody notices until it matters.

Owner: founder + counsel. Blocking gate: legal review, before public launch — a hard requirement, not a checklist item.

During the private beta, the agreement between us is whatever is in your signed pilot or design partner agreement. If you don’t have one and you’re using Evalyst, that is an oversight on our part — email hello@evalyst.ai and we’ll fix it.

Expected to cover: the licence to use the service, acceptable use, your ownership of your data and of the semantic models and artifacts created in your workspace, our confidentiality obligations, uptime commitments and their limits, liability, termination, and what happens to your data afterwards.
